Our comments: Cater for vegans and mention this on their website. The vegan breakfast consists of Linda McCartney sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes and toast. They will provide baked beans as well, if you want. Stock soya milk and Vitalite spread. They are happy, with notice, to consider providing other options for guests that have specific dietary wants/needs. Bryn Awel have had vegan guests and their feedback has been positive about the breakfasts.
