Comments: The Sun Trevor vegan burger is hash browns topped with grilled flat mushroom, courgette & aubergine and is served with handmade chips & salad. In April 2019 they will be adding two new vegan options to the menu; vegan sharing starter (grilled veggies, hummus, warm tortilla, olives, sun dried tomatoes & corn on the cob) and a curry served with chips/rice, poppadom, naan & mango chutney. They also have a veggie salad which can be offered vegan, without the usual halloumi. Soya milk is stocked for hot drinks and they are hoping to get in vegan ice cream.
