A-please your palate: Broccomoli/babaganoush/hummus/bread, tomato & basil bruschetta, garlic mushroom bruschetta.
Vegan platter with dips & flatbread.
The congregation of contra-carnivores: Patatas bravas, Canarian salted potatoes with salsa verde, chunky chips, sweet potato fries, sticky jasmine rice, zingy stir fry with turmeric, ginger & garlic, garlic mushrooms, Mediterranean vegetables with lentils, balsamic peaches, Thai sweet potato & butternut curry, chickpea, spinach & tomato harissa tagine, Quorn in pink grapefruit & spicy jerk sauce.
Seduction of salads: Greek salad with olives, vegan Quorn & watermelon salad with chilli & ginger dressing.
Desserts: Elderflower & passion-fruit sorbet, rich chocolate & caramel mousse, affogato (espresso with ice cream). Vegan ice cream is available to accompany desserts.
Vegan customers have informed us that it is always a delight to eat at Mosaic, each time they visit they find delicious additions to the menu. They also cater very well for coeliacs.
