Number of Vegan dishes:
Our comments: The Rabbit Hole Cafe is a social enterprise set up by Aberconwy Mind to provide real work experience and training for people who have experienced or are experiencing mental health issues. There is a good selection of labelled vegan dishes; vegan breakfast stack (vegan sausages, portobello mushroom, beef tomato, baked beans, wilted spinach & malted grain toast), homemade cauliflower, tomato & chickpea curry served with sunshine rice & mango chutney, Egyptian falafel, tahini & salad wrap, sundried tomato & rocket sandwich served with salad garnish on bread or sourdough and garlic & thyme roasted portobello mushroom with rocket & red onion marmalade served with potato wedges. There are labelled vegan sides of potato wedges, chilli & garlic wedges and crunchy side salad. They stock vegan spread and sausages so there should be other options that can also be vegan.
