Explain to the staff what you eat and don’t eat. Vegans can have a breakfast of mushrooms, tomatoes, hash browns & beans. The chip fryer is only used for chips, hash browns and fried bread, so the chips are suitable and they can also do jacket potatoes.
The vegan options are labelled on the main menu at this pub restaurant but are only the sides of bowl of chips and mixed side salad. There is a plain jacket potato & beans on the 'Snack' menu but this menu is not served after 6pm. There are also labelled vegan items on the chef’s counter all you can eat menus but again these are only sides. They are listed on the Brewers Fayre website.
They have not responded to enquiries about whether they cater for vegans.
