Our comments: The Bay View Thai food menu does cater for vegans; inform the staff that you are vegan. The starters of spring rolls, tod mun kaopod (sweetcorn fritters) and tempura vegetables are suitable. The yellow curry is the curry option for vegans and most of the stir fried dishes can be prepared to be suitable. The pad Thai and pad siyew stir fried noodle dishes can also be vegan friendly. The tofu they use is suitable.

Swansea seafront.

Our comments: The vegetarian main course is a tagine of seasonal vegetables served with bulgar wheat; it is 100% vegan. The sorbet desserts are also vegan and come in raspberry, lemon & passion fruit flavours. There is one vegetarian starter that can be served in a vegan form. It is cream of celery soup with Stilton. The cream and Stilton are added just before serving and can be omitted.
