Our comments: They have a specific vegan menu with the following options.
Breakfast: Fresh fruit, bagel (with jam instead of cream cheese), smashed avocado bagel (avocado, tomato, onion, coriander), toast (without butter), choose from the following breakfast side orders, tomato, mushroom, baked beans, hash brown.
Starters & Sharers: Small or large nachos (no cheese or sour cream).
Mains: Jacket potato with side salad & baked beans or Five-bean chilli ( ask for the balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing, includes drink), sweet potato, chickpea & spinach curry (served with pilau rice, naan bread, poppadums), Five-bean chilli (rice, tortilla chips), quinoa salad (quinoa, rice, avocado, adzuki beans, grilled red & yellow pepper, red cabbage, chia seeds, kale, balsamic vinaigrette instead of salad dressing) superfood pasta (giant fusilli spirals, nut-free rocket & kale pesto, peppers, cherry tomatoes, butternut squash, soya beans, broccoli, sugar snap peas, red onion, sun-dried tomatoes), smashed avocado bagel with chips or salad (with balsamic vinaigrette instead of salad dressing), naked burrito (salad leaves, Mexican-style rice, pico de gallo, guacamole, salsa, chilli peppers).

There are four labelled vegan options on the menu: Grilled vegetable jambalaya (Creole-style rice with black beans, peppers and okra topped with grilled vegetables), sweet potato, lentil & spinach dhansak (served with basmati rice, poppadoms, mango chutney and fresh tomato & onion salsa), superfood salad (fresh baby spinach and gem lettuce mixed with tomatoes, cucumber and red pepper, topped with a mix of bulgur wheat, chickpeas, grilled courgette and sultanas with a hint of mint, served with reduced calorie dressing) and jerk bean burger (no bun) with grilled pineapple & tomato salsa, baby potatoes, salad garnish & BBQ sauce.
