Comments: Ice Green is a company serving vegan ice cream from a revamped '60s caravan. They attend many different kinds of events but festivals and weddings are their speciality. The ice cream flavours change, depending on what is available locally and seasonally. They always have one flavour free from refined sugar, one with no soya and one raw option. Most are gluten free. They also make their own gluten free hot Belgian waffles, fresh waffle cones, homemade toppings and sauces, to go with the ice creams.

Comments: Renegade Kitchen is a totally vegan mobile street food vendors selling authentic falafel, hummus, salads, crêpes and churros. They are currently at markets in Machynlleth on Wednesdays and Llanidloes on Saturdays.

Options include afternoon tea (finger sandwiches, cakes, Welsh cakes & scones), elevenses (just cakes) and a variety of lunch buffets. The food is transported by hybrid vehicle, they use reusable containers and they only use vegan BioD cleaning products.
