At the time of research they had a blackened field mushroom wrap, collard greens citrus slaw, avocado mayo & grated salisfy, sweet potato & mushroom burger, kale, slaw, tomato, avocado cream & crispy onion rings & hand cut chips or a smoked beetroot, black bean & lentil chilli with Thai black rice, hot flat bread & avocado cream. The restaurant offer a separate vegan menu.
They also have a vegan week over the past couple of years where everything in the pub was vegan.

Evening menu: Starter (butternut, lemon grass & coconut veloute, coriander pistou, toasted bread), Main (celeriac wontons, braised tender stem broccoli, almonds, pomegranate salsa, carrot & orange puree), Dessert (dark chocolate mousse, pistachio granola, raspberries).

Comments: They serve vegan kebabs made with seitan and vegan pizzas.

Comments: They can cater for vegans with limited options but they will try to adapt dishes where possible. The suitable dishes on the lunch menu are minestrone soup and tomato & basil bruschetta as starters and penne arrabiata and patatas bravas for mains. They can also make the pizzas cheese-less. Some other pasta dishes can be ordered without cream and made with, for example, tomato sauce instead if requested. Vegan starters on the a la carte menu are antipasti di verdure (without the mozzarella), soup and fritto misto. The risotto con funghi (without truffle cream) and penne arrabiata can be served as starters or mains. There can also prepare the pizzas on this menu without cheese and have sorbet for dessert.

Comments: They have two labelled vegan dishes of Bibimbap ( mixed rice & veg) and braised tofu with king oyster mushroom. The chef understands veganism and they could probably offer other options.

Comments: Inform the staff that you are vegan; they understand the requirements and have dishes labelled on the menu. All the vegetable side dishes are vegan, they offer fried rices, biryani and vegan options of most of the medium and spicy main curry dishes.

The suitable options are Starters; bruschetta pomodoro vine tomatoes, garlic, basil & onion on toasted bread, wood board Terra grilled Mediterranean vegetables & bread. Mains; gluten free fusilli Mezzogiorno, aubergines, courgettes, peppers & tomato, linguini puttanesca, olives, chilli, artichokes & capers and stone baked pizza Rossi tomato & grilled vegetables.

Comments: They have a specific vegan menu with options such as curry, chilli, a noodle dish, salad, houmous & roasted vegetable wrap and chips. Pizza without cheese is on offer in certain pubs. The breakfast menu (served until 12 noon) includes a cooked breakfast (with Quorn sausages and vegan spread but no beans) and smashed avocado muffin. Soya milk is available for filter coffees and teas and they have a list of all their vegan friendly drinks.

Comments: Inform the staff that you are vegan and especially that want your food cooked without egg. It is one of those places where you order a base, such as noodles and add extra ingredients and a sauce; the meal comes served in a box. The rice and udon noodle bases are suitable if cooked without egg. Ask the staff what sauces are vegan and there are plenty of suitable additions including tofu, vegetables and nuts. There are also some vegan friendly side dishes.
