Comments: There are the same labelled vegan options on the Oak Room restaurant and Foxhunter Bar menus. These consist of bread & olives and vegan cheese with relish starters, two salads with tofu, mains of lentil burger, topped with vegan cheese, in a bun with chips and Panang curry and sides. The desserts are pineapple carpaccio & coconut sorbet, orange & chocolate chip sponge with vanilla ice cream, fruit salad and vegan ice creams & sorbets. Dairy free milk alternatives are available for teas & coffees including matcha latte made with oat milk. They also do an amazing vegan afternoon or high tea with a pre-booking.

The Angel Hotel supports fox hunting by hosting the Monmouthsire Hunt's annual Boxing Day meet ever year, where their staff bring out free drinks and mince pies for the hunt's riders.
