Tapas dishes: Calabaza (spiced roast squash, chickpeas, pomegranate, coriander), patatas bravas (triple cooked potatoes, smoked bravas sauce), zanahoria (roast heritage carrots, watercress ajo blanco, almond picada), ensalada (mixed leaf salad, sherry vinaigrette), alcachofa (crispy violet artichoke, caramelised roast peppers, pine nut dressing), piperrada (Basque style braise of peppers, tomato, onion, garlic, ñora pepper, smoked paprika, salsa verde, coca toasts), garlic herb girolles (sautéed girolle mushrooms, garlic, parsley, Fino sherry), gazpacho blanco (pine nut gazpacho, olive oil, toasted almond).
The Gluten free items are also labelled on the menu. They do have one item on the vegan menu, the remolacha that contains chestnut honey so it may be an idea to confirm with the staff that other options do not contain any honey. On the reverse of the vegan menu they list their suitable wines; 2 sparkling, 1 rosé, 9 white, 5 reds and 1 sherry.
