Comments: There is a labelled vegan option on the Powells Kitchen sample menu; warm salt-baked root vegetable salad with a pea pesto dressing. A vegan who stayed here received fabulous vegan offerings including Eton mess made from coconut cream and chickpea water as an egg replacer (pictured) and petit fours. It appears they can cater well for vegans with prior notice.
