Comments: If vegans make a booking and let the restaurant know about their dietary requirements in advance, then they can be accommodated. The differences would be in the base they use for curry sauce, instead they would make a fresh base from scratch, leaving out the non-vegan items such as ghee and yoghurt. They have vegetarian and non-vegetarian fryers. The chef is very stringent about cross contamination and will use separate pans/spoons etc.
