Starters: Soup du jour with freshly baked bread, spheres of melon with pineapple puree & melon shot, courgette & nut fritters with chunky tomato & basil sauce, garlic & paprika sautéed mushrooms served on herb bruschetta, mushroom risotto, onion bhajis & pineapple salsa.
Mains: Baked aubergine filled with ratatouille and tomato & basil sauce, butter bean & vegetable hot pot, portobello mushroom filled with roasted vegetables with herb crust & pesto drizzle, Bombay filled deep fried pepper with a korma sauce, aubergine & mushroom shepherds' pie.
Desserts: Exotic roasted fruit kebabs with rum syrup, baked apple with non-dairy ice cream, toffee & pecan pudding, lime & coconut cheesecake.
