Comments: The Rabbit Hole Cafe is a social enterprise set up by Aberconwy Mind to provide real work experience and training for people who have experienced or are experiencing mental health issues. There is a good selection of labelled vegan dishes.
All day breakfast menu: Vegan breakfast stack (gluten free red onion & rosemary sausages, portobello mushroom, grilled tomato, baked beans, wilted spinach & malted grain toast), avocado on toast (crushed avocado on malted grain toast, wilted spinach, roasted cherry tomatoes & smoked paprika), breakfast sandwiches & things on toast (choose from red onion & rosemary sausages, grilled tomato, portobello mushroom, beans, wilted spinach), malted grain toast or toasted teacake (with vegan spread & Mostyn Garden Estates raspberry jam).
Small plates: Vegan BBQ pulled pork in baby gem cups, spiced sweet potato wedges & vegan garlic mayo, butterbean and sundried tomato pâté & toasted croûtes, vegan duck pancakes, hoisin sauce, spring onion & cucumber.
Rabbit Hole Burgers: Vegan BBQ pulled pork with garlic mayo in malted grain bun with potato wedges, salad & pickled red cabbage.
There may also be other suitable options including cakes such as chocolate tiffin. Soya milk is available for coffees etc.
