Comments: The Waiting Room is the bar & café at the Tramshed music and events venue. There are three labelled vegan options on the menu: BBQ jackfruit pitta, served with homemade BBQ sauce, chickpea & lentil mash up (tandoori spices blended & baked with chickpeas & lentils, served with fries, mango chutney & relish) and beetroot bomb (beetroot, carrot & cumin seeds, baked and served with fries & horseradish).
