Comments: Vegetarian ice cream parlour and café; they always have vegan ice cream and sorbets available. They stock vegan spread and soya milk for frothy coffees, milkshakes and so on. There are also always suitable choices on the food menu such as soup and falafel & hummus. The staff are happy to guide vegans through the menu. If you contact Uncle Albert’s a day or so before your visit, they can make sure there is a vegan cake or special dish waiting for you. Vegans who have been here think it is well worth a visit.

Hi, I'm the owner of Uncle Albert's. We are now more predominantly vegan than vegetarian, There are always vegan cakes, main meals, lots of salads and now at least 6 unusual ice cream flavours to choose from, as well as the more traditional ones. Is it possible to change the statement which I wrote a couple of years ago to mention these things please? Also I think the location on the map is incorrect. We are actually directly opposite the Victoria Inn. Thank you!
