Comments: Choose between rice, noodles or mixed vegetables for your base. Make sure you ask for no egg. Add what you fancy from shitake or champignon mushrooms, tofu, pineapple, pak choi, bamboo shoots, baby corn, broccoli and/or cashew nuts. The toppings of peanuts, fried garlic, fried onions, sesame seeds mix and fresh coriander are also suitable. Then choose a sauce from the vegan options of Hong Kong (sweet & sour), Tokyo (teriyaki), Hot Asia (hot) or Bali (Oriental peanut). The other sauces are not vegan. They cook it in front of you.
