Comments: Everything is cooked in vegetable oil and they have one fryer that is always vegetarian and gluten free but they only switch it on on busy days. There is another separate chip fryer but they can’t always guarantee that fish has not been put into it. They do change the oil regularly, so check with the staff if vegan chips are available. The baked beans, bread rolls, mushy peas and pineapple fritters (check oil as for chips) are vegan. Be aware that although you may be able to get suitable chips here, they do not have sympathy with veganism.
