Comments: With prior notification, vegans were overjoyed to be offered a tailor made vegan menu, 3 options for 3 courses! The food was outstanding and examples are: mushroom soup, vegan hollandaise asparagus, Thai green curry, They provided soya milk and marg for breakfast and tailor made a cooked vegan breakfast.
