Comments: They have a vegan menu. There are 6 types of vegan ice cream sundaes. Vitalite spread and Violife vegan cheese are available for sandwiches, toasties, jacket potatoes etc. Soya, coconut & oat milks are stocked for drinks and they have vegan hot chocolate.

REALLY disappointing. Vegan shake £5.95 was warm soya milk, lotus biscuits and choc sauce. They had run out of dairy free cream. When I questioned was told they were taking off menu because they didn't sell. No offer of refund or any other action. Went back next day as they have icecream. Miniscule portion and cross contamination with dairy ice-cream. Very unimpressed.

Following my previous feedback, I have had a fabulous response from the operational manager and the problems I highlighted are being rectified. There will be ongoing training and products will always be available. He is vegan himself and has visited to address issues personally.
