Our comments: There is a separate vegan menu consisting of the following dishes.
Starters: Roasted cherry vine tomato soup, wild mushroom risotto garnished with baby herbs, Oriental spiced sag aloo with fresh rocket and basil oil.
Mains: Roasted pepper, courgette and aubergine korma with pilau rice and onion bhaji, barley, chickpea & Mediterranean vegetable ragu with oven roasted new potatoes and seasonal vegetables, roasted root vegetable risotto dressed with Wirral watercress.
Desserts: A selection of locally made sorbets.
