Comments: The restaurant can cater for vegans if you explain the requirements when ordering. Expect dishes such as soup or asparagus for starters and fabada, pea & wild garlic risotto or Moroccan tagine for the main. They keep vegan spread in stock.
In addition they regularly hold vegetarian weeks, where the restaurant goes totally vegetarian for dinner for a week. During these times the vegan and vegan adaptable options are labelled on the menu. Examples of these dishes that have been offered include:
Starters: Tea & tamari tofu with lemony noodles and a sweet chilli sauce, pepper chatchouka and a crunchy prune & pistachio oatcake, carrot, caraway & cannelloni bean balls in tomato sauce.
Main: Bouillabaisse with roasted butternut squash, grilled fennel & cherry tomato served with red pepper rouille and toast.
Desserts: Saint Emilion au chocolat, orange & passion fruit baked cheesecake.
