Comments: They have 10 flavours of cashew based handmade luxury ice cream as well as handmade gluten free cones, all served from a colourful vintage caravan. Hot waffles are also available with a range of gluten free toppings. Everything is vegan! They also cater for events and festivals with further details available in our Outside Caterers section.

At the time of research there were three mains; homemade vegetarian curry served with rice or chips & a dressed salad, homemade Moroccan butternut squash & okra tagine, served with rice or choice of potato and vegan salad (large bowl of mixed salad topped with olives, nuts, pineapple, sun dried tomatoes, new potatoes & a balsamic glaze, served with bread & olive oil). There may be sweet vegan options too, such as chocolate & avocado cake or raspberry & chocolate brownies. Soya milk is available for drinks. Recommended by local vegans.

Comments: The restaurant at Cardigan Castle can cater for vegans, with a booking, including with Sunday lunch (pictured) and afternoon tea.

Comments: A recent vegan visitor had a vegan sausage sandwich with vegan margarine for just £2. There was a BBQ jackfruit jacket potato labelled as vegan and also chocolate vegan cake at £2.50. Soya milk and margarine provided. Very reasonably priced and great little find on a Sunday morning. They were informed that one of the chefs was vegan :)

Comments: Excellent vegetarian whole food shop with a plethora of delicious vegan delights. Also offer organic fruit and vegetables, snacks and organic bread. The chiller is the best stocked in West Wales with masses of vegan substitute foods.

Comments: A mainstream cafe with three labelled vegan options. One is a sweet potato & chickpea curry. The staff are friendly & helpful.
