Comments: There are always plenty of vegan options available, even though, they may not be on the menu. The best thing to do is to ask the chef (who is vegan) what is on, that day or phone in advance. They do a fabulous vegan Sunday roast of for example mini nut roasts or bean patties with loads of vegetables, roasties and onion gravy.

Comments: They have a wide range of vegan savouries and cakes including veggie roll, spiced cauli & onion bhaji roll, sausage roll, spicy veg pasty, spicy bean pie, vegetable curry pasty and treacle flapjack.

Comments: They do cater for vegans. At the time of research, the menu included hummus and beetroot falafel starters, vegetarian curry and super food salad main courses and a chocolate pudding that do not need to be adapted. Some other options on the daily menu are adaptable for vegans.

Comments: They informed our researcher that the vegan options were burger, mushroom risotto, chickpea chilli and jacket potatoes, as of March 2019. They did caution that the menu was due to change soon and to check the current options with them, if planning a visit. The chips are cooked in vegetable oil. Soya milk is stocked for coffees and teas.

Comments: The vegan friendly options are vegetable chilli with rice, soups, jacket potato with beans and beetroot burger. They do have dairy free milk for drinks and also vegan specials.

Comments: A vegan sausage roll is available at Gerrards bakery shops. It is delicious according to vegans who have tried it.

Comments: The restaurant/takeaway can cater for vegans. Inform the staff that you are vegan when ordering. There are suitable bean curd and vegetable dishes. Check any fried items are not cooked in the same oil as animal products.

Comments: They have a vegan stacked breakfast, homemade soup, green garden patty, smashed avocado on toast, a power bowl and vegan milks for drinks.

Comments: The Sun Trevor vegan burger is hash browns topped with grilled flat mushroom, courgette & aubergine and is served with handmade chips & salad. In April 2019 they will be adding two new vegan options to the menu; vegan sharing starter (grilled veggies, hummus, warm tortilla, olives, sun dried tomatoes & corn on the cob) and a curry served with chips/rice, poppadom, naan & mango chutney. They also have a veggie salad which can be offered vegan, without the usual halloumi. Soya milk is stocked for hot drinks and they are hoping to get in vegan ice cream.

Comments: There are plenty of vegan items available at this health food shop including pasties to takeaway. They do have a chiller cabinet.
