Comments: There are a few labelled vegan dishes on the lunch specials menu and a help yourself salad bar. They also stock soya milk for drinks and vegan cake options, three at the time of research.

Comments: Inform the staff that you are vegan, they are very friendly and knowledgeable about their dishes. Check the vegetarian dishes do not contain cream but vegans will have no problem eating here. The restaurant is very careful about cross contamination and is recommended by vegans who have visited.

Comments: From the main menu they have;- Mains; sweet potato & chickpea curry, vegan burger, Sunday lunch; nut roast with mashed potato, fresh veg & gravy, Dessert; warm chocolate fudge cake with custard or ice-cream and lemon tart with raspberry coulis & lemon sorbet.

Comments: The restaurant menu changes on a daily basis, however they offer the following vegan options all year round: Stir-fried vegetables in a sweet chilli & soy sauce with steamed basmati rice, tomato & basil penne pasta in a rich tomato sauce with black olives and mixed leaf salad with tomato, red onion, cucumber & peppers.

Comments: There are two labelled vegan mains on the menu: Green Thai curry with basmati rice & crunchy chilli slaw and BBQ vegan burger in a bun, topped with BBQ pulled soya & burger sauce, served with skinny cut fries. The sides of chips, skinny cut fries, mixed side salad and sweet potato fries and the dessert of gin fizz sorbet are also marked vegan.

Comments: There is a range of vegan pasties, sausage rolls etc. in the chiller that can be taken away and eaten. Also as it is a health food shop, there are plenty of suitable snacks on sale.

Comments: They have a vegan menu that consists of; vegan grill, nachos, shepherds pie, sausage & mash, falafel salad, aubergine chilli and Penang curry.

Comments: Inform the staff that you are vegan; they can provide suitable dishes without any problem. Vegans who have dined here have been impressed with the food. They also have a restaurant in Menai Bridge, Ynys Mon.

Comments: They have a specific vegan menu with options such as curry, chilli, a noodle dish, salad, houmous & roasted vegetable wrap and chips. Pizza without cheese is on offer in certain pubs. The breakfast menu (served until 12 noon) includes a cooked breakfast (with Quorn sausages and vegan spread but no beans) and smashed avocado muffin. Soya milk is available for filter coffees and teas and they have a list of all their vegan friendly drinks.

Comments: There are no specifically vegan dishes on the menu but the staff are very helpful. The chef is willing to alter dishes to make them suitable such as the vegetarian paella main and cooking mushrooms in oil to serve on toast, as a starter.
