The allergy advice section of their website lists the vegan options. The starters of garlic tortilla & garlic tortilla with chilli are suitable. Check with the staff all the components of main dishes but seasoned roast veg fajita (the ‘Go Lighter’ option swaps corn & jalapenos for cheese & sour cream), five bean chilli tortillas and mango & avocado salad should be alright. BBQ sauce and guacamole are suitable. The skin-on fries and sweet potato fries will be vegan in the unlikely event they are cooked separately from animal products. Lemon sorbet is the only dessert option.
The following menu items are suitable for vegans. Starters: Dough balls, garlic pizza bread, marinated olives, bruschetta Napoli. Main: Penne arrabiata. Sides: Sweet potato fries, fries, gourmet chilli relish. Desserts: Sorbet (lemon, mango), fruit salad. Breakfast sides: Heinz baked beans, hash browns, herb potatoes.
Fayre and Square pubs do have some vegan sides and at times, mains and/or desserts. They are listed on the menu allergy information section of their website. Suitable options include garlic ciabatta, fries, dressed salad, corn on the cob, onion rings, chips, grilled flat mushroom and tandoori vegetable masala and onion bhajis on the Curry Club menu. At the time of research there was a vegan chocolate & black cherry torte, served with vegan ice cream on the specials menu.
