The chef can go through the vegan options that can be prepared, if you contact them before dining. They can also provide a very good full vegan afternoon tea, with prior notice. Be aware however that they do have duck foie gras on their menu, so best avoided if you find this unacceptable.
A vegan breakfast can be done for B&B or cafe customers; check the vegetarian sausages are suitable. Other possible options in the cafe are jacket potato with beans or mushrooms, mushrooms on toast and homemade soup, served with local granary bread.
