Comments: This health food shop also sells vegan food to take away. There is a range of vegan quiches, salads and cakes, including gluten free options that are made on the premises and change daily. There are also suitable freshly made sandwiches. The staff are very friendly and informative. Wild Swan Wholefoods is worth a visit, if you are passing through Rhayader.
