Comments: Riverside Sourdough make and sell speciality sourdough and real breads. All their breads are guaranteed vegan and made using organic ingredients. The full range consists of San Francisco sourdough, walnut baton, olive baton, chia buckwheat, malted wheat & seeds, spelt, buckwheat, overnight white, caraway rye and coriander rye. Highly recommended both for being a fully vegan venture and for the quality of their bread.

Comments: The Parsnipship produces and sells unique and original vegetarian and vegan food at farmers markets, food fairs, events and wholesale. The vegan options are beetroot bomb, tandoori chickpea & lentil mash-up and wild mushroom nut roast.

Comments: An omni place but with plenty of vegan options for brunch and lunch including Arthur Neave slaw, sweet chilli bean salad and roasted vegetables & bravas sauce sourdough toastie. They also have cake from Naturally Kind Food and soya and oat milks for teas & coffees. They serve tapas on Friday and Saturday evenings with labelled vegan items such as mixed kernels & spicy habas, gordal olives, mezcladitos mixed pickles & olives, padron peppers, white asparagus & dips, olive, fennel & orange salad, patatas bravas and stuffed courgettes.

Comments: Cafe with an emphasis on healthy eating, it is mostly vegetarian but they do serve fish. Vegans should inform the staff of their diet, the suitable options include soup (check the bread available with it is suitable for vegans and ask for no butter), jacket potatoes, curry, chilli, chickpea & spinach pie, sweet potato pakora, falafel and a choice of four salads. They also stock sweet vegan treats, some supplied by Naturally Kind Food. A fried vegan breakfast with Linda McCartney sausages is served until noon. Soya milk drinks are available. There is also a Crumbs Kitchen in Central Cardiff.
