Comments: The Lewis Arms is a wonderful, welcoming family run pub. Examples of their vegan dishes are a nut roast (served everyday, not just Sunday), sweet potato & smoky butternut squash sausages with mash, peas & onion gravy (tell them you’re vegan and they’ll leave the milk & butter out of the mash and give you veggie gravy), beetroot & quinoa burger and chips, panang curry & rice and jacket potato.
Location:
From Llanelli Trostre Park, head towards Loughor bridge. At the roundabout just before the bridge, turn left and then take the first turn right. It is about 200 yards down that road, on the left.

The restaurant can cater for vegans if informed beforehand. A vegan who dined here in a large party for Sunday lunch received a Linda McCartney country pie, vegetables (without the butter they normally put on them), roast potatoes and gravy with mango sorbet for dessert.
