Comments: Bed & breakfast run by a vegetarian couple. They offer a vegan breakfast menu, which changes seasonally. A sample menu of the main breakfast choices is:
Boston Beans (The original baked beans, slow-cooked in molasses, on toasted homemade bread with a piece of vegan cheese.)
Creamy Mushrooms (Creamy sweet smoked paprika mushrooms on homemade bread with vegan spread.)
Pumpernickel (Roundels of pumpernickel bread topped with vegan cheese and peanut loaf fritters.)
Blinis (A stack of buckwheat pancakes made with soya milk, served with blueberry compote, agave and a slice of lemon.)
Sweet potato hash (Rosemary-roasted sweet potato and onion hash with grilled tomatoes.)
The breakfasts also include a selection of homemade breads –with guest toaster- vegan cereals, fruit, soya yogurt and Pembrokeshire preserves. A selection of teas and coffees (including decaffeinated), as well as juices is provided.
They can also cater for gluten free, low FODMAP and low GI diets. They only take bookings for a minimum of two nights.
