Sadly this hotel does not cater well for vegans because otherwise it is lovely with helpful staff. With 12 weeks notice and a reminder the best they could offer a vegan guest, promised a three course meal, was tinned minestrone soup followed by mushrooms served with a side of two small slices of French bread.
