Comments: The friendly staff have a good understanding of the vegan diet. Suitable options can include rosti, smoky beans, avocado on toast and sometimes soup. There are vegan cakes on site but they are frozen, let them know you are coming and they will defrost a slice or two. With notice they will do a vegan afternoon tea. They stock soya milk and a fabulous selection of gorgeous teas. It has a nice ambience.

A vegan customer telephoned the restaurant in advance and was told they could cater for vegans. On arrival they were presented with cheese and told nothing was suitable. There was a long delay and it was a very awkward evening trying to get suitable food.

We have eaten many times at Ciccetti and we have been offered a pasta dish and pizza for main a couple of starter options but no dessert. Although their options are limited they have always accommodated us.
There is also a lovely cafe el fresco for eating there in a covered side garden called Slice. They have a good understanding of the plant based diet and offer great coffee and yummy cakes plus salads and baguettes well worth a try.
